Collaboration

There are 3 methods of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

Seeing through what is different between them is necessary to ensure that an appropriate software technology is selected to satisfy your needs.

An interaction of conversation is a transfer of data and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, whereas collaborative interaction is used for a modification of a substance of collaboration, for example: achievement of a shared goal.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the key objective of the participants is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be unstable and intangible, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.

Automation becomes more and more popular nowadays. IT corporations are striving to promote their solutions. Those programs come in attractive boxes with lots of great features, whistles and bells. Having assumed all the factors for and against the usage of such programs, I arrive at conclusion that there are 5 reasons for the managers not to utilize personnel management programs.

Reason 1: It is not a freeware soft. That is impossible to find the free employee management software. The setting up fee is not the full price, you will have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Lot of people think that the advantages outweigh the costs. Do not pay for the program if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
